Join us for Carrsville Community Day on July 4, 2026, from 11 AM – 5 PM! We're bringing together local businesses, food vendors, community organizations, live entertainment, family activities, and more for a day of celebration in the heart of Carrsville. Vendor spaces are limited, so apply today to showcase your products, connect with the community, and be part of one of the area's premier Independence Day celebrations.

Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at Carrsville Community Day! This annual celebration brings together local businesses, food vendors, community organizations, and families for a day of culture, entertainment, shopping, and fun.

Vendor Pricing

  • Retail Vendor Space (10×10) — $30 Clothing & Apparel, Jewelry, Handmade Goods, Arts & Crafts, Home Décor, Beauty Products, Specialty Merchandise, Nonprofit Organizations

  • Food Prepared Food, Snacks, Desserts, Lemonade, Coffee & Tea, Specialty Beverages

  • Food Truck Space — $75 For licensed food trucks and mobile food units

  • Optional Add-Ons: One 6-Foot Table Rental (+$15) Two 6-Foot Table Rentals (+$30)


⚠️ Important: Vendor spaces are limited and available on a first-approved, first-paid basis. Electricity, water access, tents, chairs, and additional equipment will NOT be provided. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own setup equipment. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.

Event Rules & Guidelines

Please review the following information before submitting your application.

Application Review

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Applications are reviewed to maintain a balanced vendor mix and avoid duplicate categories.


Invoice

If approved, you will receive a Square invoice. Your vendor space is not reserved until payment is received.


No Refund Policy

All vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.


Event Information

Carrsville Community Day at Knights Memorial Park — July 4, 2026 — 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM — 6450 Carrsville Hwy, Carrsville, VA 23315


Setup Times

Vendor Setup: 8:30 AM – 10:30 AM. All vendors must be fully set up by 10:30 AM.


Vehicle Policy

No vehicles are permitted within the vendor area during event hours. All vehicles must be removed before the event begins and may only re-enter after the event concludes unless approved by event staff.


Outdoor Event

All vendor spaces are outdoors. Vendors must provide their own tent, chairs, displays, and tent weights (recommended minimum 40 lbs per leg). Electricity, water access, tents, chairs, and equipment will NOT be provided.


Weather Policy

The event may be canceled due to severe weather conditions. If the event is canceled by organizers due to weather, vendor fees may be credited toward a future event.
